ADR Center is rolling out a campaign in Italy with a series of one-hour online webinars in “Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Techniques” for lawyers, professionals and mediators. Each module focuses on a specific topic in which the trainer interacts with the participants through the Zoom meeting platform. The main objective of this innovative online training course is to spread in Italy the most advanced negotiation and mediation techniques between lawyers, professionals and mediators to facilitate the creation of “perfect” agreements and resolve disputes out of court. Participants can follow all or only the training modules of their interest online.
The program is enjoying a tremendous success among Italian mediators, lawyers and other professionals and almost 1000 participants have registered and attended a few sessions already. Although the registration and participation is free of charge for all participants, we are confident that the quality of the content is also a factor in this program’s unpredicted popularity.
