CONSULTING FOR
ADR Partners have developed extensive experience in providing mediation services, training and consulting on the use of mediation in resolving all types of disputes, as well as in providing support to institutions, from state authorities to enterprises, in establishing systems for providing mediation services to employees and customers.
Within a project implemented in partnership with the World Bank, IFC, ADR Partners have developed and conducted a comprehensive mediation training program for over 400 lawyers, in cooperation with bar associations of Belgrade, Nis, Cacak, Kragujevac and Vojvodina.
With the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), ADR Partners cooperate with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS), on providing support to the Center for Services and Mediation within CCIS in the implementation of consensual financial restructuring of companies, aiming to improve the business climate in the country.
In cooperation with the Commissioner for Protection of Equality, and with the support of the EU Delegation in Serbia, ADR Partners are implementing the program for promotion mediation as an adequate method for resolving disputes in the area of discrimination, while in cooperation with the Association of Local Ombudsman of Serbia, ADR Partners are working on developing capacities of local ombudsmen to provide free mediation services for resolving disputes in the local communities.
Our experts are among the founders of the Serbia National Association of Mediators (NUMS), which gathers over 300 mediators from all parts of Serbia. The Co-founder and Executive Partner of ADR Partners, Blazo Nedic, is the President of NUMS, the regional mediator of the World Bank for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Bulgaria, and the mediator on the list of JAMS International, the largest private provider of mediation services and arbitration in the world.
Blazo Nedic is also one of the members of the Working Group of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia for drafting the new law on mediation, and he was a member of the working group in charge of drafting the old Law on Free Legal Aid.
