Mediation in Commercial Disputes

Learning mediation skills and techniques for resolving commercial disputes, with emphasis on developing skills for resolving complex commercial disputes, including construction and financial disputes, disputes in the area of ​​bankruptcy, as well as various forms of out-of-court dispute resolution in the business sector, including the use of mediation before and during the arbitration proceedings.

Upon completion of this training, participants receive a certificate of completion (12 working hours of professional training), necessary for renewing the license to mediate.

This training is intended not only for mediators who have completed the Basic Training for Mediators, but for lawyers, managers, those who work in companies, public enterprises, and institutions, the public and non-governmental sector, legal representatives and consultants, as well as anyone who is involved in managing commercial disputes on a daily basis.

Mediation in Family Matters

Learning mediation skills and techniques for resolving disputes in family matters, with emphasis on how to interpret and use the relevant norms of the Family Law, including how to assess whether a case is mediable, how to act in cases with elements of domestic violence, how to include children and third parties in the mediation procedure, how to prepare the agreement, as well as other relevant skills for using mediation in family disputes.

Upon completion of this training, participants receive a certificate of completion (12 working hours of professional training), necessary for renewing the license to mediate.

This training is intended for mediators who have completed the Basic Training for Mediators, as well as professionals who assist families in resolving disputes conflict on a daily basis.

Mediation in Workplace Harassment Cases (Mobbing) 

Learning mediation skills and techniques for resolving disputes in mobbing (workplace harassment) cases, with emphasis on how to interpret the Law on Prevention of Harassment at Work and other relevant legislation, how to recognize manifestations and consequences of mobbing, as well as other relevant skills for mediation in cases of workplace harassment.

Upon completion of this training, participants receive a certificate of completion (12 working hours of professional training), necessary for renewing the license to mediate.

This training is intended for mediators who have completed the Basic Training for Mediators, as well as individuals in the field of labor and labor relations, those who work in enterprises, institutions and public and non-governmental sector, legal departments, human resources professionals, as well as anyone in charge of resolving cases of workplace harassment on a daily basis.

Improving mediation skills and techniques, with emphasis on educating mediators on how to motivate disputing parties to use mediation, as well as learning new relevant skills for developing and managing mediation cases.
